About Us

Grand Ocean first started in 2016 with the headquarter located in beautiful Vancouver, B.C. Canada. We started our business with import and export premium seafood such as wild sea cucumber, sea urchin and spot prawns etc. To ensure and provide high quality standard, our company has partnered with one of the biggest professional seafood processing plants located in Vancouver, which includes refrigerated warehouse, ultra-low freezer and processing workshop.

In 2022, we expanded our business into the distribution of groceries from Asia, including Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and China. Within 2 years, our company has already secured exclusive distribution rights of seven brands, selling to both mainstream and ethnic retailers across Canada. We offer a wide range of categories such as snacks, beverages, ready-to-eat products, frozen food, beauty and non-food. Besides distribution, we also provide private-label and house-brand product development programs for retail-chain customers.

Our customers include both Asian and mainstream retail chains. We have cultivated a professional team with proficiency in online and offline trade and operations. We focus on stable customer resources and sales channels by providing professional service and high-quality products.
